Renewal
Pastors face an ever-growing list of expectations and streams of stress. We want to walk with them, as well as their churches, to create a culture of continual renewal that helps pastors remain energized and healthy.
Restoration
Burnout is one of the leading causes of pastoral resignations. Pastors rarely feel they have anywhere to turn for help that is safe and trustworthy. We want to change that. We want gospel restoration to become normal.
Hope and Help for Hurting Pastors
We know that pastors face tremendous stress as they lead their churches today. The pressures and expectations of ministry in a fully digital age-defined by smartphones, social media, 24-hour news, and the hyper politicization of all domains of society-has never been seen before in the history of the church.
